quixotic

Hello! 2nd week of school - conquered :-) It's finally friday and have I mentioned how much I love friday nights? I love knowing that I won't have to drag myself up the next morning and because of this I let myself have a little "me" time on tumblr with some good poetry and good music. Anyway, here are some pictures from the week:

school is....... actually quite a colourful place if you know where to look! never realized the comfort of the beanbags in the library until this week and I'm convinced I'll be spending lots of time there because the beanbags can be used as a sofa/ makeshift bed and trina and I are already used to lying on the ground with our phones/ book/ notes ༼ つ ◕◡◕ ༽つ

ah mui the temple cat  :-) my family headed to the temple last weekend and the friendly auntie cooked for us again. The usual super friendly uncle (we call him the king of cats) sat with us and the cats came along with him too! we first got to know about him back in 2008 when my grandma passed away and he helped us with the admin matters at the temple. Back then there was another cat called Ah pui (meaning fatty) (and yes he was very fat hahaha) and ever since then the number of temple cats have been increasing. Didn't manage to see Ah Pui but here's Ah mui for y'all! She's super friendly and she loves flipping over so she can be petted at the belly. She has a really huge tummy in case you were wondering!! Haha and she only responds/ meows back at the friendly uncle. That's the case for the other cats who come out of hiding when they hear his voice as well!

(i think we took a tad too many pictures that day but hahaha wellllll)

there was one night we decided to use photobooth and we ended up making ridiculous videos, and I ended up hitting my younger bro's eye with my elbow by accident so...... it was all recorded down and it was chaos after that HAHA

on a side note, i love this:

"We had nothing special to give each other, but we still looked at each other with tsunamis crashing on our lips. We were plain, but we loved like the ballerina in the music box that danced even when the lid was shut. We were average, but sparks flew from our frayed wires when we touched."
